What are HUMMINGBIRD earrings made of?
My earrings are crafted from high-quality polymer clay, a versatile and malleable material that allows for limitless creativity. Made from a blend of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), pigments, resin, and plasticizers, polymer clay remains pliable until it’s cured, ensuring each piece is lightweight, durable, and unique. I carefully design each earring by hand, using a combination of colors, textures, and shapes to create one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art. To add a polished and lasting touch, I finish my designs with premium findings in stainless steel, 18K gold-plated, or brass, giving them a beautiful shine and ensuring longevity. The result is a collection of earrings that are not only stylish but also crafted with love, care, and a passion for quality.
How should I take care of my earrings?
HANDLE YOUR EARRINGS WITH CARE.
- Be gentle when you put them on and when remove them from your ears.
- Don’t bend, fold or twist your earrings.
- Keep them out of reach of children.
- Use a slightly damp cloth with water to clean your earrings.
- Store them in a dry, dust free and room temperature place.
- Don’t wear them while you are swimming or taking showers.
- Don’t use alcohol, acetone or other kind of abrasive chemical to clean your earrings.
- Don’t spray perfume, hair spray or body spray near or directly at them.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. It can cause discoloration and soften your earrings.
- Keep them on the earrings card to avoid misplacing or loosing them. Also, this protect them from getting scratched or scuffed by other objects or jewelry.
What if I want to return an item?
Returns, damages and issue.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us @hummingbird.hpcj7@gmail.com immediately (WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS) if the item is defective, damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR THE INCORRECT ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO YOU. All sales are final.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch @hummingbird.hpcj7@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 days cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your return or refund. ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CUSTOMER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return package, please contact us @hummingbird.hpcj7@gmail.com
CANCELLATIONS.
ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, THIS ORDER HAS BEEN SENT FOR PROCESSING IMMEDIATELY AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, this order has been sent for processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.
How long does it take to ship my order?
PROCESSING TIME:
- After an order is placed. Allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order due to handmade items (production and fulfillment).
- This is processing time only and does not include shipping time.
SHIPPING PROCESSING:
- Shipping time may take 5 to 8 business days.
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Make sure your address is up to date and accurate. We won’t be responsible if your package does not arrive due to incorrect address.
- Once your order is shipped, we have no control over any kind of delay.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If it has been more than 15 days and you haven’t received your package, contact your local post office or the USPS website.
- If the package is returned to sender for any reason (no exceptions) or needs to re-shipped, customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- International shipping can take up to 3 months in some cases.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other customs charges. Contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs.
