Shipping

PROCESSING TIME:

  • After an order is placed. Allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order due to handmade items (production and fulfillment).
  • This is processing time only and does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING PROCESSING:

  • Shipping time may take 5 to 8 business days.
  • Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Make sure your address is up to date and accurate. We won’t be responsible if your package does not arrive due to incorrect address.
  • Once your order is shipped, we have no control over any kind of delay.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • If it has been more than 15 days and you haven’t received your package, contact your local post office or the USPS website.
  • If the package is returned to sender for any reason (no exceptions) or needs to re-shipped, customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • International shipping can take up to 3 months in some cases.
  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other customs charges. Contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs. 

ORDER TRACKING:

  • For domestic deliveries, tracking availability depends on the carrier and service level. Most shipping services come with tracking numbers, but cheaper services might not have them. Faster shipping options typically include tracking, while you can sometimes add tracking to slower methods for an additional fee.
