PROCESSING TIME:

After an order is placed. Allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order due to handmade items (production and fulfillment).
This is processing time only and does not include shipping time.

Shipping time may take 5 to 8 business days.
Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Make sure your address is up to date and accurate. We won’t be responsible if your package does not arrive due to incorrect address.
Once your order is shipped, we have no control over any kind of delay.

If it has been more than 15 days and you haven’t received your package, contact your local post office or the USPS website.
If the package is returned to sender for any reason (no exceptions) or needs to re-shipped, customer is responsible for re-shipment fees.
